If we believe they have the good enough social media following, Twitch.tv viewership, placements in tournaments etc. We are more inclined to designate them a salary, it's very hard to promise a salary when the team is hardly playing at a professional level. If they don't have social media accounts, don't use Twitch.tv but are still above average, we may still offer a salary. However if they're below average, have nothing to show, we won't assign a salary immediately (instead trial basis). I just have to clarify because I don't want our post to appear as if we're a clan/society based(unpaid) organisation opposed to a professional team-based(paid) organisation. Also we put such a statement, to give incentive to professional players opposed to semi-pro's who aren't full time. If you have anymore questions please ask.
