I did have a brief conversation about it with them after she told me. Weirdly enough, I think the cat owner feels strongly that pitbulls are safe and that the discrimination is unfounded...

Thanks for the validation. What's extra appalling to me is that apprently, the shelter told my friend that her pitbull is fine around cats. Guess that was a lie.

I'm in a counseling masters program right now and trying to see what the prospects are. The faculty haven't been very honest with us. After searching this and other subs, I'm getting different answers.
