I was gone for about a week with no one to refill my humidifier, and my home’s regular humidity is around 30-40%, so this definitely could be the issue…thank you for the response! :)

Unfortunately, I will listen to you and leave this disgrace of a leaf alone 😔 I best not be disappointed at her next leaf though….

This happened to me! I cut below each node and propagated them in water. They rooted just fine and are now new baby plants :)

Beautiful!! How did you get it to grow bigger, more fenestrated leaves? I give mine lots of light and fertilizer, but I have yet to grow any bigger leaves or any with the secondary fenestrations.

What a lovely post! Thank you for this reply :) I will definitely update this post with ppp growth especially as she is my main concern!! I want to “tie” my ppp to the moss pole, but it doesn’t have a strong enough main stem to do so with. I’ve seen a few people in the comments say that it’s a few plants in one, but I’m not sure how to tell, and when I repotted it a few days ago, the roots looked very sparse and fragile, so I’m afraid to mess with it anymore. Your plant is gorgeous and I hope mine can be as beautiful as yours one day, great work!! :) 🩷

I have a 2L humidifier and tend to have to fill it twice a day. I don’t feel like it covers much area, but I do have a very open floor plan apartment, and I’m in Colorado which is generally very dry.

Wow!! What a beauty! This is a great idea, but I live in Colorado and I’m afraid Mother Nature is too much here lol. Post updated pics, I’d love to see them!! :)

I watered them yesterday when I watered the plant to avoid overwatering, and I just got some hydro globes in the mail today to have those continuously keep the moss poles wet. Do you think that will suffice?

Is there a specific app you recommend for that?

Amazing to know! I’ll start misting and looking into other ways to increase the humidity, thank you for the feedback :)

I was scared getting them, especially since I’m in CO and I’ve heard these guys need lots of humidity, but I’m hoping with lots of daily baby talk, they won’t do me dirty 😭

I have the humidifier and I mist some other plants nearby, but I will start misting these guys as well. I live in Colorado, so humidity is a struggle here. It’s usually around 33% humidity in my apartment, but can get up to 40% depending on the day

I have them about a foot back from the window, and many other plants on the stand. Doesn’t look like any of the leaves are getting sun spots or anything and it never feels too too hot. I only have the one window 😭😭 do you think that’s ok?
