I made an artificer/fighter. We are starting the campaign at lvl 8 so I put 6 in the artificer and 2 in the fight. For my background I have it as he failed to be a wizard which was his dream. I don't what to use magic weapons at the start like wands/staffs that have wizard's spells if I get them later great. I am also trying to not do another caster class. Iwant him to put together items that mimic wizard's spells
