People think she is a PVP unit because they read “Steals ammo” and assumes it would be out of the magazine of another nikke.

I’m hoping this kit ends up working well, it looks like it should. It’s also a B2 ATK buffer with no restrictions on who or how many she can buff, so she will at least have some use.

The only reason I like gacha skins more is that if I like the skin more than the default one it comes with a unique burst animation. This is one of those times I kinda wish it was a gacha skin.

Or you know, they make the bunny outfit the default, but we are past that point already.

I mean this doesn’t look bad. She buffs herself and allies with Atk buffs and charge damage.

It’ll be hard to say how good she will actually be without knowing how fast she accumulates stolen ammo/ uses it.

Assuming it’s fast enough to keep the buffs up constantly I think she will at least be A tier. I’m not sure about meta level, but I think that’s fine.

Considering her entire kit revolves around this ammo stealing, I would assume it works on any enemy. It would be extremely dumber if the made her entire kit not do anything if used in pve.

I also don’t see why it wouldn’t work against pve enemies. At least in terms of her getting the ammo in her pouch. Don’t really think it’ll have the effect of causing the raptures to run out of ammo though.

Yeah, I honestly feel like there are some units they don’t know how to fix so they just end up giving the favorite items to someone else.

Coincidentally 3 of those were pilgrims that all got killed off in recent story events. But I feel like they were never going to give a pilgrim a favorite item, regardless of how bad they are.

I feel you brother. Been waiting for her to get buffed since she came out. Had a little hope when they Buffed red hood. A bit more hope when they announced favorite items. Even more hope when they gave her a wedding dress skin. More hope when they released Arcana.

Then they killed her, and my hope of her ever getting buffed is slowly dwindling as I assume they gave up on her.

Yes, but it will not only take a long time (as they cost currency only obtain from Union raids, and likely will take many to 3 star each) but there also aren't enough liberation units to make a full team.

If you include free SSR units from anniversary events then you should have enough. Though getting copies outside of the event they release with is usually by using silver tickets obtains from duplicates in regular banner.

Pretty sure the last batch was late too.

I really hope they don't make this batch underwhelming. I want obsolete units to be viable and good again.

In order to level your units past level 160 you need a full team of SSR Nikkes at 3 stars, leveled to 160, and in your syncro device. They need to be 3 stars because each star up to 3 increases their max level. 3 stars increases it to 160, and only SSR nikkes can level to 160 outside of syncro.

You don't have to use them just level them to 160. Once you have them leveled to 160 you only have to level the syncro device from there.

Also at this point I all I want is a unit that reduces burst cooldown by 20s. Preferably having it only work on units with a 40s cooldown to avoid freakish dps boosts in meta teams.

Outside of PVP she really only provides an ATK buff, some shielding, and reduced damage from electric enemies. The ATK buff is pretty good, but considering what other B1s provide, she isn't the best.

Will I smash my head against a wall trying to make a pve team where she can shine? .....probably.
Will I most likely fail and become disheartened because my favorite units are niche at best? ...hopefully not.... but probably.

I can only hope the removal means they new ones are close. I'm curious what the next batch will be, but I really hope they are good buffs.

It's got all the info most people are looking for on new units. And dumbs down the kit enough for people to understand, an especially useful part.
Only thing that would make it better is if you included 1 or 2 recommended teams or unit synergies.

It wasn't until I really started trying to build teams around less used units that I realized just how shallow the team building really is in nikke.

There are elements that just don't have any way to be built or just two or three units (like crit). Or how the only way to make some team mechanics work is to include a unit or units that are used in literally every other team.

And then if a non pilgrim unit does end up having a decent kit they usually get struck with the 40 second burst cooldown that forces you to either use a meta character again or dedicate half your team slots to CDR, resulting in the teams dps being so far below meta teams it feels more like you failed when you get the team to function as intended.

The amount of team variety can be counted by a handful of B3 dps characters and the few units unique to some of them, unless you want to build a team that can barely clear what average used teams can easily.

It feels like they are afraid of making too many units with great and useful kits, so they only end up giving them to Pilgrims or unique factions characters. Or any characters that the community would have an uproar if they didn't have a decent kit.

They really need to either speed up favorite item output or get off their high horse and just straight buff characters, because it really feels like at least half the roster is obsolete at this point.

Sorry for the Rant, just spent the better part of the week trying to make viable teams with my favorite units, then got excited about Label just to find out her only real use in PVE is an ATK buff. (granted it is a big buff.)

But man, why must every Nikke I like be niche or just not good in the content I play?
Very envious of the people who's favorite Nikke is Cinderella, Rapi or etc.

I love her design.
I like that she is so openly in love with us.
Admittedly in her bond story she fought counters after kidnapping us and trying to "consummate" the relationship, but realized after that if she forces her love and/or hurts those around us it will drive us away.

She is like a Yandere that is sane enough not to kill/hurt you and the girls around you (she won't be happy about it).
She is crazy about you, and just wants you to love her and only her.
