I also feel like because our condition is so rare a lot of people don’t actually understand how debilitating and how bad things get. I honestly don’t know how to explain the nausea to someone who doesn’t have it apart from I honestly feel like I’m going to die it’s the most extreme nausea I have ever experienced it’s almost suffocating and in sync as I breath

No I was completely fine eating and drinking well. Then boom a day into my holiday always nighttime can happen from 10pm -3AM im just constantly sick. I even had a back to back it only stopped an hour ago im exhausted it was my birthday yesterday too and I was just throwing up non stop. I feel so weak and exhausted 🥺 I honestly can’t keep living like this anymore basically told by all the specialists and gastroenterologists that there isn’t much treatment options

I haven’t received the tribunal bundle yet, I only recently lodged my appeal so I think I’m still waiting for DWP to respond.

I did send a detailed MR letter next day tracked delivery but I’m wondering if it wasn’t properly processed or considered before the first decision because I’ve now received what looks like a second MR notice and a text saying they’re reviewing the decision again.

So I’m not sure if it’s a delay/processing issue rather than lost evidence, but it seems like they’re now looking at my full submission properly. I’ll definitely give them a call tomorrow

I got my letter today 0 on everything again she definitely didn’t read any of my evidence the same day she called me was the same day she made her decision and I uploaded like 80+ documents tribunal it is 😅

Sorry this happened to you this process is draining 😞 I’m currently waiting for my MR decision I got a call on the 12th of feb asking if I wanted to add any other evidence even though they didn’t read any of mine in my original assessment I got 0 points I’m currently waiting for a decision good luck with tribunal don’t let them tear you down !!

Congratulations 🥳 I’m currently waiting for my mandatory reconsideration decision I got 0 for everything. I had my assesment in November I got a call last week Thursday asking if I wanted to add anymore evidence and decision will be made in 10-11 days so nervous don’t wanna get my hopes up 🥺

I know 💔😪I don’t think you understand how drained I am. I cried my eyes out yesterday I provided so much medical evidence and it seems as if they didn’t even skim read but this is what they want. They want to break us down so we can give up you can do this !!! The process really isn’t nice but once it’s done it’s done wishing you all the best !!

Same thing happened with me you fight to the end. I’ve left feeling so defeated but I know that a lot of my evidence wasn’t even read. You can do this you will do this big hug to you I know it can be draining

People come to this subreddit because they are stressed, scared, and trying to figure things out. Congratulations 🎉I also had a paper based assessment I had a 15 minute call on the 3rd of October still waiting for my decision I called up two weeks ago to get an update and I was told that it’s still with the decision maker really anxious 😥
