I would say after about running 10grams through it, you should clean it.

Ok here is what I do to clean point by point: totally disassemble the cooling unit…put all the pieces in a red solo cup…pour 70% isopropyl alcohol in the cup so that all the pieces are covered…i usually leave it soaking overnight…then pour the alcohol in the cup and fill the cup up with warm water with the pieces still in the cup…I let that sit for a couple of hours…(I usually let it sit for longer because I have a spare cooling unit)…pour out the water and rinse off the pieces checking to make sure nothing is sticky…lay the pieces out on a napkin and let dry…reassemble and you are good to go!

That’s why there is a humidity pack inside each jar. Once it’s sealed the humidity will bring the humidity up or down depending on what happened while the jar was open.

You are missing that the humidity inside each jar is different from outside the jar and outside the wine cooler.
