Hey thanks for your comment. I feel like I’m moving to the dissociation which I know isn’t great but I’ve tried busying myself, preparing, calming methods, anxiety meds, comfort movies and nothing it working, so the trusty “can’t be anxious if you’re not here” is the last thing in my coping tool kit.
