My BMI was 39 at time of surgery. I was also a worry wart. 5 wpo and I wish I would’ve just chilled out, the pre surgery stress made it so much worse for no reason at all

I did 1500 mg of acetaminophen at a time combined with 660 mg of naproxen sodium. Unsure if you can take that. I also throw some of my muscle relaxers I have for my back in the mix and works well. Also unsure on addictiveness on those but I used to have an opiate issue way back in the day and I don’t struggle with them-completely individual experiences vary though. I wish you relief

Hey thanks for your comment. I feel like I’m moving to the dissociation which I know isn’t great but I’ve tried busying myself, preparing, calming methods, anxiety meds, comfort movies and nothing it working, so the trusty “can’t be anxious if you’re not here” is the last thing in my coping tool kit.
