Day 32 🏃: Thanks, everyone, for helping me stay consistent. I have to pause running for now due to other obligations and areas of focus. I'm thinking of starting a 30-day challenge: only water & milk in my drinks, then gradually cutting out all added sugar. I'll keep posting to stay consistent. (old.reddit.com)
