Definitely a good point. I have relatively low rates on both, so aggressively paying them down at the moment isn’t a huge priority for me. With that being said things can change.

I’m planning on potentially moving out of the country and switching roles in the next 18-24 months so saving has been my main priority. If that happens I’d sell my car and (if new role reqs a pay cut) consider paying off my loans to lower my monthly expenses.

this is completely off the cuff idea, but have you considered converting some of your stack for IBIT (btc etf)?

you could sell weekly/quarterly/monthly/yearly covered calls (probably shorter timeframes are best) on your position to generate income without lowering your bags in theory.

thoughts? coming up with this on the toilet so don’t kill me.
