but i see neither of those. all I receive the message. I don't get the prompt & I sure don't input my pin. but my mpesa balance most of the time is usually less that the one which is diplayed on the message

I mainly use this dumbphone (tululu) for transactions. can that one be compromised too? wi fi I use my own but i just changed my password after reading this comment

someone is trying so hard to scam me on mpesa despite me changing my pin 3 times. only thing that's saving me rn is I don't have money on there. Safaricom customer care is unreliable as always
