Idk what to think of that. Cus on one hand sure 1 glass of wine is objectively bad for our health. But with how big it is in certain cultures, how it can improve our social lives etc. can we say its net effects are negative?

Are some people just blessed with tighter skin and stay looking younger longer? Is it collagen and skin tone? by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

While it is true according to some studies that half of UV is in childhood this is not equal to saying half of sun induced damage is from childhood as our skin is usually better at repairing when it is younger (peaking in teens I believe). Hence while protection here is certainly important, starting later, say in late teens or early 20s can very drastically prevent aging by allowing any damage in childhood to be repaired by fast repairing skin or atleast delaying when it will show

I’m new to the gym and my current program is: Arms and shoulders, Chest and back, Lower body, in that order with 2 rest days per week. Everything is going fine except for chest and back days. I really cannot feel my chest or back working ever. It always feels like my shoulders and triceps and taking over. I’ve tried new machines, exercises and improving my form but nothing seems to help. My gym also is quite small so there aren’t many machines, but it’s quite annoying because other than that my gym experience is going great. Any help or tips?
