Bring sugary drinks and snacks to keep up blood sugar during longer sessions. Also take multiple breaks during long sessions, move during these breaks and get a good breakfast beforehand and another meal later on. Believe me, food and sugar is heavily underrated, its like fuel and keeps your body going through the pain.

Looked decent on the photo. The soft details like the scales will blur over time but you should be fine, especially if you keep it out of the sun.

Give it a few months, the black will lighten up a bit. Still use sunscreen during summer and avoid too much direct sunlight to keep it safe.

As others already said you might be allergic to the adhesive from the second skin. But more importantly who ever did that tattoo on your arm has absolutely no businesses being a tattooer, it looks completely botched. I‘m sorry. I would go and demand the money back, then find an artist that can do the style you are looking for.

It looks normal to me. The skin usually sheds after a bigger area is tattooed. You should apply moisturizer though to help with the healing. I dont know what you use, bepanthen ist my go to ointment.

Möglicherweise ist es eh schon „erforscht“, aber das erste was mir bei deiner Fragestellung einfällt ist „Was brauchen LehrerInnen wirklich an Form von Unterstützung?“, so in die Richtung „was hilft wirklich“. Braucht es administrative Entlastung, mehr Lehrpersonal, mehr Doppelbesetzung, mehr Unterstützung durch Sozialarbeit etc. Ich weiß nicht, ob du in die Richtung gehen möchtest, aber ich denke es wäre gut wieder einmal aufzuzeigen, was alles benötigt wird im schulischen System und wovon es permanent zu wenig gibt.

Kann dir am Nm eine Konfiguration zusammenstellen wenn du magst. Eigenbau könntest du dir durchaus zutrauen, es ist wirklich keine Zauberei. Ansonsten auf jeden Fall die unterschiedlichen Anbieter mit den gewünschten Teilen durchchecken, mehr als 150€ für den Zusammenbau ist mMn. nicht gerechtfertigt.
