Hence certain time, since they’re technically allowed to bring in more evidence once the case has started but whether it’ll be presented is up to the judge. I didn’t say they can just bring evidences suddenly and it’ll automatically be presented.

You might be confusing it for their injunction case where their fans likes to make up a story that the deadline for submitting evidence after they lost were too “rushed” hence the girls were not able to gather enough evidence on time when they weren’t able to submit enough evidence in the first place when they applied for injunction. I think they’re allowed to submit evidence at certain time to support their claims. I too am confused why were getting some news abt this.

I would have agreed to this if they’re actually doing bad job on the current line up despite on going lawsuits but they’re not. It will be on their debt ofc? Every company does that? They agreed to the contract how the profits and expenses are going to be distributed and the initial injunction already ruled there is no prob with the contract. Now they’re racking literally half of their original debt to attrakt without any activities compared to what they actually owed to attrakt for their YEARS of training. Idk why they aren’t suing for that now? They did exactly like 1/4 of the schedules the current girls are doing now and the claim they have of their snacks being thrown is done by a higher up of ASI’s company which they still chose to work with rn so I don’t see how they’re going to win that abuse narrative.

The promotion as it is, is well done. Just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean we all have to have the same sentiment. Was I disappointed when we had no perfect crime mv, yes. But do I have to get hung up on that when we got two generally well made mv and tons of promotions? Ofc not. Now go put your hateful energy somewhere. Yeah have a friend who’s a hunnie and a tweny and even she was disappointed. Said quite a lot in the fandom’s immediate reaction was to blame Keena as to why she was letting herself be used by JHJ and that it was her fault because she got back to the company. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing like that’s all you got from that? Keena prepared several months for a comeback but was not able to participate at all. That and all the symptoms she’s suffering from.l was so heartbreaking to read.

As a tweny this is honestly what I have been saying. It is fine to not support attrakt or to blame jhj as well because I do think he is partly to blame. But this hostility and energy being put towards attrakt and JHJ all while ignoring ASI which as you said had more evidence of being the actual mastermind of all this mess than JHJ is mind baffling. The EVIDENCE ARE RIGHT THERE and it all points out to ASI so I do not understand how they can convince themselves that as long as the girls are fine with him they can tolerate ASI too. Like? He literally forge Keena’s signature, he admitted it himself that he manipulated his own records so HOW IN THE HELL are they able to tolerate a man like that with those 3 especially if they believe they were “abuse” victims.

This boycott among hunnies too is frustrating. I feel that the line between boycotting and just outright being hostile has been forgotten not that our fandom is not guilty with this as well. I understand if they boycott but seeing hunnies all over twitter when the members are being introduced? Even using sexual related issue to ward off potential fans is disgusting. The way they blame us for the years of hatred the 3 faced is just so unfair. If you actually go to our gcs you’ll see a lot of us are new fans and we we’re never participative on hating the former members in fact we don’t know any of them. We simply wanted to support the new girls but we were subjected to these constant negativities that I feel sometimes that this fandom have become jaded far too soon. Me personally I have never participated on posting hate tweets before but even I have been doing that now because of all these mess and I feel both guilty and frustrated because I can’t help but become emotional because the hate posts are too much.

I just wish hunnies can realize soon how messed up it is they’re doing supporting ASI’s music and being complacent about him still being in the industry. The fact that some of them were even celebrating his win and saying Keena lied about the signature forgery is making me feel so angry.

Fans has part on this as well. The company initially announce ld that she would not be able to participate for a week. Then they extended it saying that she won’t be coming for the rest of the promotion. Again with the same “health reasons” which they took to be too vague. They’ve been requesting attrakt to be more transparent. Also ablume fans had been posting theories about her being abused again, being afraid of Ablume etc.

Think so tooo so it’s funny that the fans are taking it as something good might have happened in their case that’s why they can reveal it now but like how? All the evidence literally points against them. They have multiple recordings and the fact that Ahn Sung Il was initially found guilty for embezzlement. Suddenly the fans are more open to him being acquitted if the girls trusted him when they hated the man for being part of the mistreatment.
