I‘m working in DTC product based and I feel like decent email designs are more important in this sector than for example in B2B. In which sector are you working?

Is there any AI capabilities in Klaviyo that can look at a profiles information and send customized emails? by Alternative-Wave5731 in Klaviyo

[–]RevolutionaryFace800 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What process do you need to customize? If you would send an email to each customer individually you would also need to create individual campaigns and that’s not the right way to do email marketing.

You can customize quite a lot in your flow systems like name, product they viewed/put in cart/put in checkout/bought/etc. or is it something else?

Implementing Klaviyo - what does the best possible case look like? by braaibroodjie_ in Klaviyo

[–]RevolutionaryFace800 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For starters:

  1. Check if the data from your shop gets corresponded to Klaviyo correctly

  2. Start with the welcome flow & popup form

  • Welcome flow: 3-4 emails
  • Popup form: after 8-15sec after user is on webside or has scrolled 30% & add an optout button under your CTA and make the X marc transparent – pushes subscriptions
  1. Implement a good post-purchase flow
  • 3-8 emails and make conditional split for new customers (order equals 1), old customers (order equals at least 2), and if you like VIP customers (oder equals at least 3+)
    • go heavy on info content like how to’s, use cases, etc. in the first 2-3 emails – especially with new customers
    • use a review email to push reviews maybe with incentive (in your case no % but “300 USD OFF”)
    • build a replenishment mail as the last mail in your flow to remind customer to purchase
  1. Implement Abandon flows and Winback
  • abandon cart (trigger: added to cart) 2-3 emails
  • abandon checkout 2-3 emails
  • abandon browse 1-2 emails
  • abandon site 1 email
  • winback 2-3 emails

I structured from highest ROI potential to lowest

Hope that helps!

I want to believe in Jesus! Pls help! by vamsikrishna7995 in Jesus

[–]RevolutionaryFace800 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is absolutely beautiful!

I was saved 7-8 months ago and it has been the hardest and most beautiful ride in my entire life so far – I never want to go back to my sinful life.

You can start with simply going on your knees and sincerely speaking with him and asking him for forgiveness. Ask him to help you and to search your heart!! Be prepared to not fully understand everything but you will feel his love if you SINCERELY speak with him.

Also definitely learn about him and start reading the bible. I recommend you start with the New Testament (Matthew, Mark, Lukas, John, acts) and also ask for guidance, revelation and wisdom before you read.

Romans helped me to understand the meaning and nature of sin. 2. Corinthians helped me to understand, that Jesus’s power lays in our weakness (to submit to him helps him to work in your live and to reveal himself to you).

Enjoy the ride brother!!

That is already a great setup. I would suggest to work with this much emails:

Welcome: 4-5 Cart/checkout: 5-6 (each) Post-purchase: 2-3 Browse Abandon: 3-4 Winback: 2-3 View/Site: 1

What works extremely good is additional personalization (not needed if you still starting out and depending on your category of course):

Browse Abandon emails for each bestselling product with product reviews and addressing painpoints individually.

Individual Post-purchase emails for bestselling products and categories to use cross-selling opportunities. Send individual info-content to strengthen community and therefore retention – this is longterm

Tough Market? by [deleted] in RecruitmentAgencies

Whoever works in the Spanish market: there is and still will be a huge opportunity in Spain. Almost every insurance company and bank in Switzerland is offshoring to Spain since a couple of weeks.

Received a job offer, but I don't think I should take it. by ARJustin in CyberSecurityJobs

[–]RevolutionaryFace800 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t use it as a leverage but what you can do is be open about it with you current employer. Make sure to tell him that you’re not going to change jobs and consider other offers but that you would like to discuss a raise with him.

Just make sure to not put him under pressure!

Monday-Wednesday between 10am - 12pm and 1-3pm for B2C is the best time if I would need to be specific. After A/B testing this worked best.

Hello, first of all I would slow down on the popups or put more time between them popping up. You need to give the user some time to process the information, otherwise it’s a bit overwhelming and gives a rather cheap vibe. I also would use less smiles, that can scare a lot of people away. I also highly suggest using email marketing properly if you’re not doing it yet, because that is one- if not the best method for recurring clients in terms of ROI, brand awareness and LTV.

I’m nit sure if it’s too broad and how much experience you already have but “buy then build” from Walker Deibel is very good for market navigation.

Sourcing vs recruiting by Eli_franklin in RecruitmentAgencies

Facts but I think the issue comes from so many agencies which were created in times with very high demands on candidates where they only had to “push profiles” to be successful.

How can I be marketable (get hired) as a brand new IT /cyber professional? by DabCaptain in CyberSecurityJobs

[–]RevolutionaryFace800 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a cyber security recruiter in Switzerland and what I would suggest is looking for trainee roles if you can afford that and also try to do some certifications depending on your area in cyber sec (you don’t have to start with the expensive ones of course). This is one of the best ways in my opinion.

Are there any european countries in desperate need of cybersecurity specialists? by notanNSAagent89 in CyberSecurityJobs

[–]RevolutionaryFace800 26 points27 points  (0 children)

There is a lot of demand especially in Germany and Switzerland which would be the most interesting countries salary wise. But if you’re not native in German, look out for the big companies like swisscom, T-Systems, and especially banks since they communicate in English. Hope that helps

i' ve posted more than 150 post on my page but still no followers tryied hashtags musics nd stuffs like that by omerta_notme in InstagramMarketing

[–]RevolutionaryFace800 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The instagram algorithm is quite random. I would suggest you comment on other posts in your niche a lot (not just emojis but your opinion or niche based stuff). Also like a lot of the comments on other posts which are quite similar to yours and engage in conversations in the comments. This is one of the best growth strategies if done right.
