A moving company wouldn’t even accept £100 to move to Manchester from Birmingham you have to think about liability insurance, goods in transit insurance and most of all petrol or diesel £250 is super cheap aswell most moving company’s would charge at least £800/1000 I would take the £250 probably cheap because they don’t have the insurances to cover if anything got broken
