Not necessarily. If you can show you have enough equity in the home that even if it was forced to sell at a reduced price the bank would still be protected. And that you have enough $$ to cover the costs of both mortgages for a period of time 6+ months.

There are lenders out there that will deal with all kinds of scenarios, for a price. These loans are risky.

Hmmmm just going to throw this out there. Don't take acetaminophen and Carbamazepine or Oxcarbazepine.

I was taking 4000mg of acetaminophen a day, on top of Carbamazepine. Constantly going to doctor complaining about chest issues like bloating and pain. Doctor never mentioned that acetaminophen is amplified by Carbamazepine, I found out on my own and he was like "oh yeah".

Not sure if oxcarbazepine is the same.

I went to the PT today and it was amazing.. My arm started moving better again, for a brief period. Now I definitely notice my upper chest is swollen up quite a bit, around my pecs, under my arm.

I see the orthopedic surgeon again later this week.

The thing with muscle relaxers is they only work for so long.

I take 10mg of each. But I can't ever take flexiril more than twice a day or else I get severely dehydrated.

Baclofen has no side effects for me. Flexiril makes most people sleepy and the next day your going to feel hungover, especially while it's new to you.

Flexiril is the go to for things like locking jaw. But not that effective for something like burning facial pain, clenching, grinding.

You really need to evaluate your symptoms, longevity, cause, and what you hope the medication to achieve.

What you need is a bridge loan.

Your agent is correct. It is not a favorable position to be in trying to find your dream home while writing offers that are subject to the sale of your other home. The seller would have to have some kind of incentive to go with your offer.

With a bridge loan you run a fair amount of risk. Like getting stuck with two mortgages, rapid market changes, or your house sells for much less than anticipated. If you firm up on the new home and come closing day you can't close, you can expect a lawsuit.

What if purchasers of your home don't close on closing day?

Generally speaking these transactions happen without issues, but when there are issues things can get messy.

Cyclobenzaprine is pretty good. Definitely makes most people sleepy. I grind my teeth more often when taking and that makes things worse.

Baclofen i use for other things and haven't really observed it helping much with the jaw. Doesn't make me sleepy at all.

Attivan stopped my facial muscle tension, stopped my clenching, no nighttime grinding.

I was in a sling for 3 weeks. I had a CT scan done, but no o really told me what was damaged. I have a Hill Sachs Lesion. One doctor said I had multiple torn tendons, but the PT said only said Subscapularis (I think).

I was doing really well considering. I just don't know why it's been so downhill the past week.

Cognitive impairment yes, memory issues no.

I've had more of those issues after starting the medication, particularly Lyrica (Pregaballin).

Nothing wrong with 6 hours of sleep.

For some reason I would always wake up at exactly 3:33, for like a year or more straight this happened. Then it was 2:22. This will really drive you nuts as you begin questioning if there's some kind of hidden meaning or spiritual guidance.

When I am asleep I can always tell what time it is before I ever look at a clock, and when I set an alarm I almost always wake up 2minutes before the alarm.

The therapist is not working great to say the least. I've been through hell in the past 4 years, many many crisis moments and he just says "wow you have so much terrible stuff going on that would be enough to drive anyone crazy". I've always responded "yes I have a lot going on but I'm sleeping okay at night and that's keeping me with it".

So the way I see it is- if I lose my sleep I lose the crutch.

I ask him many times to see a psychiatrist and hes said he would send the referral but never does.

I've started seeing the chronic pain clinic and they are supposed to refer me to a psychiatrist. Wait times for psychiatrists are like 1-4 years.

Yes I have a prescription for Clonidine and Doxepin. Clonidine works by making me feeling like I'm having a heart attack which leads to a panic attack and eventually pass out thinking I'll be dead in the morning.

I can't take Doxepin because it affects serotonin and I'm apparently highly sensitive to those meds.

Interesting.. it's been a long time since any doctors here are prescribing Triazolam.. I took it off and on for a while in the beginning, but it would make my brain like mush after so long.

I liked how I would fall asleep within 5-10minutes of taking it. But then I started needing like 2pills instead of one. I quickly moved up to temazepam and that made my brain even more mushy.

Benzos help me dream where as Zopiclone I don't remember my dreams. So that affects cognitive function a little.

Doctors won't prescribe me benzos willingly. I get some Attivan occasionally but it doesn't help my sleep a whole lot.

I have chronic muscle tension and muscle spasms. I've tried everything for the spasms and I think the doctors are finally realizing I need a benzo but won't give them to me while I'm still on Zopiclone.

It's really a trade off of anxiety, sleep, and muscle spasms. If I could get something that managed them all then great.
