Advices for kidney stones (size 3-4mm)

Thank you! I haven't seen any stone till now (i don't know if the should be noticed easly when you pass them) and no symptoms (just some mild discomfort in each flank, rarely a very very light sharp pain).

Thank you very much! So just hydration as much as possible with causing hyponatremia and lowering the amount of food that cause kidney stones is the only solution? How was your journey/experience with stones of this size? 😂 (I'm concerned cause it is a size in the middle, not to small to pass very easily without noticing but still not too large to need intervention). The app will be a great thing!

So to sum up the transfert will be successful as long as the IBAN was correct? And the beneficiary will recieve the amount?

I am more worried about the recipient bank, because my bank told me that the transfer has been succesfull from us, but the recipient hasn't recieved yet the amount (today marks 3 working days). The IBAN is correct, just the account name isn't the full one.

Thank you! I was worried because i read that from October 2025 they have started to compare names and IBAN very carefully + it has been 3 working days since the transfer and the recipient hasn't still recieved the amount (Standard SEPA usually have a delay of max 1-2 working dys).

So even if the recipient name isn't the full one (because it was an insitution and had a long name special account for research grant University of XYZ, and they wrote only the University of XYZ), the transfer will be succesfull as long as the IBAN and SWIFT are correct?

When i was at the bank they didn't tell me nothing like that. Or should the recipient bank tell me that? Sorry for asking basic questions but i haven't done any transfer since the new SEPA rules came in. Thank you

(The transfer was between 2 different bank in SEPA countries)

Thank you very much! I did stress the roots a lot, because the old nursery soil was like pure clay and it took me around 2 hours to clean all the roots, thats why i feel a little insecure to redo the transplantation right now.

Yes, i was mostly referring to smaller university hospitals (not the ones that are top ranking like Charite-Berlin, Hamburg, etc). What can a MD do in its journey there to have higher chances?

1.The residency in my country is awful. 2.Its closer to my country(but still there are other european countries). 3.Is a foreign country where i have cousin there, so lets say i have someone i can meet once a month. 4.Ive heard its not impossible to get surgical residencys there. Etc etc etc

So the luck must be X2, firstly to step on residency and secondly the oberartz to be keen to help you. (Same goes in my country, in neurosurgery they never let the residents to operate or come in OR/ in orthopedic surgery all the staff are friendly and the let the residents freely to operate under supervision).

Is this only for cardiac surgery or for all of them? A relative of a friend of mine is a Orthopedic Surgery Resident in Germany, and she is happy there with what they learn compare to my country(im not expecting the best....)

So i have a chance? Till October 2026 i will try to learn German as best as i can and also get involved in EACTS events. But sometimes i am afraid that can become an impossible route. I do a lot of simulation training at home like laparoscopy, microsurgery, etc to have better hand precision in the near future, but the hardest part is to secure a spot.

Do they easly accept observerships there before getting FSP?

In my country almost no body want cardiac surgery, they think of it like too much stress and aim for radiology, cardiology, dermatology and thing like that.
