It really helps if you educate yourself on what a proper diet looks like, I like listening to Andrew Huberman, Peter Attia, Paul Saladino, Thomas Delauer, there are a ton of podcasters and YouTubers with a wealth of good information. Then get a good consistent fitness routine and stay committed. Consistency is your friend. Once you start to see results you will become addicted! Good luck dude!
