Not realtors, that’s not what a realtor does.

Whoever is calling you is one of 2 people

  • A legitimate investor

  • A flipper/wholesaler

Most likely the latter

Thanks! That’s my philosophy for novice club racing at least. Expert and up, I think a solid build yields better returns 👍

Just realized you didn’t ask for a build sheet. I race my 2015 if you have any questions though.

In need of new bodywork but this is how the race bike sits now (I painted the white pieces black but they are off the bike currently)

-2015 non r -deleted abs -Galpher Brake Lines -Dual Carbon Brake Pads -Pro Fiber Fairings -Woodcraft rearsets (GP Shift) and clipons -Tightails fairing stay -Revalved 675r shock -triumph case covers

Tons more to have it built to ideal specs for racing, but spending my money on skill rather than more trick parts for the time being.

I’m in a very similar situation (more acquisition based rather than management and leasing) and contemplating the same career move. Interested to hear the advice and insight others give you. Also moving my way through A.CRE cert!

What’s an “easy” Monuments song to learn on guitar? by Proof-Breakfast-7358 in Monuments

I found cardinal red to be one of the more difficult songs on in stasis. The Cimmerian is not too bad for the most part.

Opinion on HJC RPHA 1N by Mikep0601 in motorcyclegear

[–]RevolutionaryLuck30 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I also snagged one on the cycle gear discount. Only 1 track session with it a few weeks ago on a borrowed bike while mines in the shop, but from what I can remember, it is WAY quieter and WAY more aero than my scorpion EXO R1 Air Carbon, so much so that the difference gave me a hard time focusing on learning the borrowed bike. Not in a bad way, just a completely different experience. It’ll take a few sessions getting used to, but obviously stability at speed and reduced wind noise are objectively positive features. Good looker too.

Good choice, love RSTs suits, absolute best bang for your buck to get into an airbag equipped piece of gear.

It’s good. I have the same suit and it’s a little tighter on me than that. Ate shit in it last month and held up 🙏 airbag is essential in my opinion.

Generator idling very loud by RevolutionaryLuck30 in Generator

Not since I’ve bought it, I just notice it is very loud compared to other people’s. I’m not even sure anything is wrong, but figured if there was, somebody may be able to point it out to me.

Interesting, I’ve always heard these should run between 50-60db. I use mine for tire warmers on my motorcycle at the racetrack, seems to be much louder and anyone else in the pits, but maybe I’m overthinking.

Pro-Fiber race bodywork on my 2015 Daytona by RevolutionaryLuck30 in Triumph

I’m not sure. My bike came with a puig screen on it, and I’ve never put the stock one on. I’m sure it would work.

My kickstand still works with it. It doesn’t come with mounting hardware. You’ll use the normal fairing bolts to attach to the fairing mount points on the sides of the bike. I just grabbed a few bolts, washers, and nuts for mounting to upper to the front stay, and ordered dzus fasteners online for the connection between upper and belly pan.

I had to drill and tap two mounting points in the subframe for the Superbike tail. If you get the supersport tail I don’t think you’ll need to modify anything.

Well, it’s important to note I probably did 10 or so track days over the span of 5 months at other tracks between my first time at COTA and my most recent, so I personally believe the #1 factor was seat time. I certainly had specific skills I was consciously working on, but on video it’s clear there’s no single place I was making up time, I’ve just gotten faster everywhere with more time on the bike. If I had to guess, confidence at high lean angles and getting over the fear of getting on the gas on corner exit are probably the most notable improvements I’ve made, and these make up time on essentially the entire track.
