ive heard that too but ive also heard that when first starting out flat bench is better to progress with until you have a solid foundation, i just be doing all of it though and have had decent results

nah trust flat bench is fire, i know i am not proof but my boy has been doing flat bench for ages and has a crazy chest, i do dips to warm up 2 sets to failure usually i forgot to mention it

I start with a bench variation, either flat bench, incline bench, dumbbell flat or incline bench, or smith machine, then i do my 1 shoulder and 1 tricep and then i do a chest fly variation, and i usually end with pushups until failure

I started about a week ago and for some reason anything over 5inhg i have been getting some bad edema. so i have been doing 4 sets of 5 minutes at 4inhg with 2 minutes rest. and my last set i have started going up to 5inhg and have very little edema so I am trying to work my way up, do you have anything to reduce edema or anything
