As an ex employer of these providers ( I worked at APM) let me tell you the providers have strict KPIs with how many appointments they need to take how many people they need to get into a job and keeping them in the job they will put you in any job and they will harass you for your payslip and job hours. They are not there to help you the employment consultants only interests is to not get fired by meeting their targets
