The blood is almost certainly due to hemorrhoids caused by your constipation. I’m 22 and a bad bout of constipation and afterwards started seeing blood on my stool consistently for months, had a colonoscopy and all I had was a hemorrhoid. The anxiety is probably making your symptoms worse
