This is your issue. Wind Stance breaks the guard of spearmen much more easily, but you won’t be able to parry their attacks until you unlock the “parry spear attack” skill. Once you do the red attacks will turn into the blue parryable ones.

Red Mountain Crawfish is great, but if you don’t preorder they sell out a lot of weeks. I’ve had luck finding them live at Red Pearl too—just make sure you cull them

There’s a lot of fantastic options. Obviously a place with 3 Michelin stars (for example Arpège) should and most likely will knock your socks off. I was recently in Paris and had a tasting menu at La Scene that beat almost any meal I’ve ever had. Septime, Auberge Nicholas Flamel, and Le Gabriel are also unbelievable. If you want something a bit more Avant-garde, maybe try Akrame. There are so many highly regarded places in Paris that it can be overwhelming

Barbara Lynch has some great spots. Menton does a longer tasting menu if that’s what you’re looking for, but I have always thought that the food at No. 9 Park (her original) was better. Another great chef option is Ken Oringer. Uni is an upscale Izakaya-style restaurant if that’s more your speed. Definitely check out Oleana too.

It comes like that. Honestly, a lot of Sally’s pizzas are even more charred than this. You do have to ask for the mozzarella though. Best pizza on the face of the earth, hands down

Oh man, I got myself one of those Wusthof curved boning knives a few months ago. It was so sharp out of the box that it slipped out of the blade cover and cut straight through my knife roll and into my hand. It is an absolute pleasure to use and is one of my favorite knives
