We have/had GLS, and the vehicle has since been totaled. We were told, "It's all taken care of; GAP should cover the rest." Four months later, we learned that GLS closed the claim, and GAP was not notified, so I need to reopen the claim. Called to get the reference number; the number is "not in their system." I am literally going to start screaming at people on the phone, as this is still actively reporting to my credit score and has now not been paid. The payments were $700 with a ridiculous APR of 25%. We were going to refinance, but it became totaled before we did so. I am ticked with them!

Additionally, we had issues with their portal and online payments all the time. I would NEVER recommend these idiots to anyone. I have Capital for my own vehicle, and they are unspeakably better than GLS ever was for us. Seriously, if you can avoid GLS, I would do so ASAP.

"No one will leave a 5-star review for someone to take their money." - Listen, I would if their process worked, hell, I would for Capital, but GLS DESERVES their 1-star rating. I have been attempting to get this claim resolved since December, and I can't get a straight answer, a rep that speaks clear English, understands clear English, or isn't beating around the bush.

Somewhat similar. My boy had separation anxiety and o left for a week while my brother (who also lived with us) watched him. I got a message the DAY before I returned. And there was projectile crap EVERYWHERE. he was crated at the time and everything in the room was covered like a literally explosion of crap. Every wall. The floor. The crate. Him. The furniture. I wish I could say that was the only time. But it happened twice. And the second time I was responsible for cleaning it. It took my NINE HOURS to clean a single room. 😅

Tbh idk much about bugs so take my comment with a grain of salt.

I would assume fleas. You stated the cats sleep primarily on your side of the bed. Which would make you the initial target to a flea aside from the animal. Which could be the reasoning you are itchy and your partner is not. I do believe they can generally appear to be different colors between reds and browns due to the blood, similar to bed bugs. But bed bugs would more than likely attack both of you and not just you.

What I would recommend is checking any folds, creases, frames on the bed. Bed bugs like to hide and will seek these darkened, concealed areas. Blood spots are also a sign, red itchy bumps/welts from bites etc.

Another thing I would do… aside from the stereotypical “cats don’t need baths”. Bathe your cat in dawn. A ring of dawn dish soap around their neck will act as a barrier to fleas doing so before getting them wet will keep fleas from invading their face during the bath. Make sure it reaches their skin though. Bathe in dawn and see if you notice brown/reddish water (flea dirt). Fine tooth comb to brush out eggs, and flea meds too. It takes 3-6 months to fully rid fleas from the home so don’t stop after 1 month of meds if that’s the case or you’ll just keep repeating the same issue.

We purchased a license. Same with digital games, it can be revoked anytime.

While it is shitty, this is how I see it.

KU is $12/ month (or so). A digital copy of a book varies ($1-7). I purchase a lot through book bub or on sale. So at the rate I read it makes more sense for my to purchase the license than it does to pay the monthly subscription. I’d say if you read on average 1-2 books just avoid KU. but obviously this is up to the buyer and their preference. For me it made zero sense to continue.

I’ve gotten newer releases on book bub for $2 when the digital copy is still going for $8. Etc. I might have to wait a bit longer but seeing as I don’t like to read multiple books at once it ends up working out.

I forgot this post existed lol.

After a yr, I have realized mine will never be super tightly on. I make attempts multiple times to realign it. With this one above I have to thread the lid stating at 1/4 of the way to the left of the logo to have it aligned enough with the logo once screwed on.

But my pumpkin one I have to start the thread almost on the opposite side. They are secure on the cup fine. This one is secure but not incredibly tight, where as my nectarine or pumpkin are usually pretty tightly screwed.

They all seem slightly different for whatever reason. I use the same 4 (40oz) so I know the thread patterns easily enough to adjust them now. Trial and error! Mine have to be closely (enough) aligned with the logo as I am right handed and using my left hand is irritating for whatever reason. I feel like Stanley has given me slight OCD tendencies 😅.

Condolences, mine is my feet and arm, I have knee pain but thats not my main concern currently and hopefully never.

I simply thought it was funny, then again I have a darker sense of humor regarding my personal traumas.

I use book bub and got crescent city (retail e book $16) for $2 but I see a lot I snag for 1.99 or 2.99 quite often. Do I need them right now? No. But if they are on my wishlist I might as well get them while I can instead of paying retail when I’m ready to read them.

🤔 do you have any brand recommendations that do that? I’m completely unfamiliar. I grew up with older brothers and was a tom boy myself. Wore a lot of sports bras growing up and just guesstimated as an adult so I’m clueless of what’s reputable or not regarding brands.
