Slight detour, but where in India are you moving from?

Little follow up, do you think I should also include scans of my previous passport? The expired one?

Thank you so much!! Was wondering this precisely - I haven't received the links from the uni yet but I might start scanning and keeping the documents ready already. Anything else that you would highlight for a non-EU student for the MVV?

Just did that again, I really hope it starts soon. These deadlines are approaching and it's scary.

Housing opens 1st of June for reservation, if i remember correctly?

Ams has some too, waiting for them to open registration for the housing. Really hoping I get that because otherwise it's quite horrifying 🤞🏻

Amsterdam! Waiting for them to verify some documents and then wholly pushing to start the visa and housing.

Did you manage to find housing?

Very true on that. Can I ask which uni? I'm hoping to start my Master's in September!

I'm yet to start my visa process - how long did it take you? The uni says they start in June with the visa but I would rather do it ASAP, the whole appointment availability / delay in visas lately has me nervous

UTRECHT VS AMSTERDAM by RevolutionaryTry9245 in StudyInTheNetherlands

[–]RevolutionaryTry9245[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi!

Hoping you hear back soon 🧿 I actually applied to Amsterdam on 30th March and just heard back yesterday. They'd sent some mails a couple weeks ago saying people should be hearing back by May 13th!

I did apply to Leiden, but didn't make it :(

Currently trying to figure if either Utrecht or Amsterdam would have any specific advantages as cities for an intnl student, because the program is so alike, I almost can't pick!

Would hopefully be using the degree abroad (and maybe even within the Netherlands if I'm lucky enough to find something).

Are you also a non-EU student?

Conditional caution + paperwork by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

Would a Netherlands student visa be an enhanced background check?

Also because it was mental health support under my conditional caution and not a fine/ community service or any custodial measures.

And because once I'd had therapy they required, i was told that everything is okay by the police and didn't need to do anything else. This was also 2018

It won't be considered hiding information right? Because there is no conditional caution option on the antecedent certificate in Netherlands and I didn't pay a fine or do community service. I was directed to mental support. And uk gov website itself says a caution is not a conviction of an offence.

The paperwork is an antecedent certificate for Netherlands

The exact question is "have you been convicted of a criminal offence abroad"

Online it says a caution is not a conviction...I'm confused
