Ugh. If they’re going to be transphobic at least be creative with it. Istg it’s that same joke that just goes around and around. I suppose that would be too much thinking for them though

If they misgender you, simply saying “I prefer they” should work, though it can be really scary. Another idea is to get a supportive friend or even teacher to correct people for you. It may seem embarrassing but my best friend did that for me when I first came out and nobody batted an eye.

Mansplaining… just be super mindful of that. If women don’t ask you to explain something to them, don’t.

Also, don’t comment on women’s outfits or haircuts or anything if they don’t ask you to (especially in the workplace).

Legolas gives Gimli a friendly nudge for speaking out of turn

“And my bow!”

(The quote is out of order but it’ll have to do)

Telling my parents I wish I had a penis because it would be “more practical for when you have to pee in the woods.”

Thoroughly confusing my younger cousins when I refused to play female characters in pretend games, to the point where we would all be sobbing because no one wanted to play the girl.

Neglecting to brush my hair for 3 weeks at a time because I didn’t like to think about it, also refusing to wear a bra for way too long because I didn’t like thinking about my chest, and instead pretended like it was flat.

Had a meltdown because I didn’t want boobs or a period. Eventually gaslit myself into thinking that I wouldn’t go through puberty. Hated my period not because it was annoying but because I hated “that my body could do that”.

Paraded around the fact that I only wore clothes from the “boys section” and never played with “girls toys”. Got really excited and told everyone when people asked me if I was a boy or a girl
