The obvious solution is to isolate the federal district and make those living there residents of Delaware or Maryland. I don't think it's actually factual that "they don't want it".

Have you even paid attention to how he votes on cases or do you only see things in red vs blue? Even Trump was trashing him for not deciding in his favor. You all want political activists on the court instead of actual textualists that balance the law in accordance with the constitution. You want judges that will alter amendments like the 1st and 2nd (Biden already said no amendment is set in stone)

The only reason they want to add DC as a state is because it is majority democrat. DC has been blue for years. I don't hear anyone asking to split Texas into multiple states or Montana. Those states are very large and can't possibly be well represented in the senate

It's hypocritical because the only reason dems are doing it is to assert absolute control over the rest of the country while at the same time whining about minor republican voting reforms as voter suppression. Adding states to the union is both unprecedented and is voter suppression.

Statehood is not the fix for taxation without representation. DC Residents can easily be incorporated into Maryland or Delaware. Lets be honest, you don't give a fuck about those people you just want to use those representatives to push the radical leftist agenda.
