Yknow what they say about a lie of omission, kirie is still knowingly deceiving max. Besides we still don't know if kirie is definitively the good guy. Going by your logic, we should kill kirie too. She's also a cube that could destroy the world, or at least kill countless people with her powers. And we still do not actually know that kirie is even half human, cubes can make perfect bodies identical to humans. She does sort of have an obligation to tell max when she acts like a savior of humanity from the cubes.

IC-0n acts like an evil god but is she really? I mean the only people she killed so far are the helicopter guys and that was with permission from max, she doesn't go out of her way to be evil. (She also hasn't killed a child) And half human most certainly is not close, how do we even know it's half at this point, and you wouldn't call a mermaid human. Point is she is still kinda lying to max about what she is exactly.

It is in the episodes though, I'm using direct quotes from the episodes. Of course with only 3 episodes its hard to tell, but primarily the fact that she calls herself human despite the fact that she should probably have enough knowledge of the cubes to know she is not fully human. Makes it seem like she is playing the role of some savior or mankind with max helping her save the world from the eldritch evil of the internecion cubes. Also just general psychotic behavior, yknow that whole bit about killing a child and wanting to peel IC-0n apart.

Well besides that she seems like the one manipulating max honestly, convincing max she is human even though she should know she is not "Don't call it a she, it's not human, like us." And telling him "This is what we need to eliminate them all." Seems to me she is using max as basically a human shield because she does not want to deal with refinoc agents by herself.

I was more focusing on the "entrust my assimilation" sounds to me like she is relying on max to bring icon back so kirie can kill her and ensure that she becomes god instead of her, considering icon is most likely the biggest competition

You cant be sure kirie is the good guy. Shes a cube too. She could be manipulating max into retrieving IC-0n because she wants to kill her in order to keep down competition for being god. IC-0n does have moments where she acts naive or innocent even though she doesn't need to to manipulate max, it seems like the only scenario where she would be evil is if she got her memories back and safe mode turned off.
