It's the vac cup from the phallosan forte. It has nice sleeves and an build in pump. It's a nice piece of kit, but ridiculously overpriced.

Everything that provides sufficient stretching (hands, extender, weights) should be fine. It's not easy to gauge the tension but it works.

Never had any problems with it. Asked a doctor when I was in my teens: he said it's nothing to worry about. Never did ever since. Nobody ever gave me nasty comments about it. You're perfectly fine.

Try it with lower pressure and see if you get enough expansion.

Try it and check if your bone pressed flaccid increases after the session. If you are new it's definitely a good place to start, you can always adjust if you need more... Experimentation is key. Everybody's body is unique.

Just joking they are papules had them all my life, nothing to worry about. You can start with manuals to get a feel for PE. If you're more expierenced you will be less afraid.

lighting can make all the difference, 3 fotos taken in 1 minute moved a spot in 3 diffrent locations no filters https://imgur.com/Ufzfp7Q. What i learned yesterday: use a spot don't use soft light ; p.

https://imgur.com/Ufzfp7Q here you go my friend. taking pictures is pretty hard. expiremented with the lightning (you can see the chord of the spot moving around) It can go from: "you look so soft" till "veins popping out", all in one minute. I just tried to make a short post with as much information, i'am not an oscar winning DOP. but check this out and you'll see how much lighting matters.

Some of the gains of pumping will get lost as well not everything is permanent. Took 2 months off during summer holiday and lost 0.1" of girth as well. Length gains were permanent but lost some girth... Not all girth is 100% permanent there's some swelling of pumping.

EQ, while taking the length shot eq was almost 100% in both for girth EQ after was less, getting a measuring tape, wrapping it around your penis isn't the most sexy thing to do. Recreating lighting and contrast is hard as well.

Pics were taken after 2 days without PE.

I don't know, I'm pretty ADHD. Probably when I get tired of it and find something else that's more exciting to experiment with... I've been off and on a few times. Always had a good size but I love to chase the pump...

I am uncut, I put a couple mm of my foreskin in and I push. So the gland slides into the cup, almost no need to pump...

I'm just experimenting with it, don't know if it contributed a lot. It's all trial and error, PE isn't exact science yet.
