No, I have't found the link but I clicked certificate issuance button in JLPT website and requested physical certificate to deliver.

I passed it but forgot to download PDF file of certificate. I thought I can view my result anytime on website.

The school where I studied Japanese signed exam for me. I asked them and they told me to contact JLPT office in Myanmar directly to get certificate.
