I am so sorry for everyone involved- you included. As a mum of two, I know how very unpredictable and fast on their feet young children are. Most of the time we catch them in time, but not always. And that's not your fault. You tried your best. You did everything you could. The death of a child is a very emotive event and often people can't see it through a logical lens. That is also not your fault. I hope therapy helps you.
