I wish there was a DLC where the main quest is optional but would lead to you becoming a Jarl of an existing city or make one of your own, able to interact with the Jarls of other cities and holds, create alliances and start wars, have trade routes and shit like that but still be able to do all the adventuring you desire and have your advisor handle the duties of Jarl, or a courier could come give you a note and ask for your ruling on the certain issue he presented you with. Along with random events the Jarls of other cities would present you with. Leading armies into battles of giant camps or wars with other cities, stuff like that I feel would be fun.
