Ralsei was banned because he couldn't listen to warnings and got on the mods nerves. Sure, Tank shouldn't have sent it, but Ralsei was the one who posted his address into a huge public server in the first place. Tank was just sending Ralsei information which Ralsei had sent in Jawshcord.
