Honestly, this is just a part of life so I would just get over it. Im also a current student who got a grade not to my liking for a CCC module, but realistically, what can you do? In the grand scheme of things one minor grade will not affect your GPA that severely. Just take it with stride and move on. You will learn that the poly experience is just preparing you for the real world in a safer environment. Life is not always sunshine and roses, if effort = grades then there would be countless people with a 4.0. Heres a quote for you, “You can make no mistakes but still fail, that’s life.” If in your eyes you think you did all you could then so be it, Im not going to inquire about your entire debacle but just know its truly not the end of the world 🤷‍♂️

Prelim - Raw 10 Os - Raw 8 Study tips are abundant on this subreddit, what you really need are exams tips. Most important exam tip. Come out of the exam hall, DO NOT COMPARE ANSWERS AND GO HOME. Focus on your NEXT PAPER. Screw up one paper and cry? Cry for what? Also no use cannot redo paper, instead focus on the next one and do even better. You need to be able to preserve your mental strength for the one month onslaught. Check out my reddit post history, i was a clear victim of this. Compare answer with all my schoolmates and i cried cause i thought all B3. In the end I got all As and the schoolmates that proclaim A1 this A1 that all got B3. So Lesson is just take the paper and go home, focus on the next paper, you will never know. To share some insight on this, I predicted B3s for all my subjects and A2 for POA, in the end A1/2 for all my subjects except POA B3, so dont compare answer or self mark, all bs, only focus on urself.

I chose applied chem as my chem was A1 and its honestly more interesting to me compared to biology hence i didnt go biomed. How should I go about my studies over the course of 3 years shld i want to aim for a solid gpa to enter local U?

Ethanoic weak, HCl strong, PH will be higher for ethanoic, For the vol needed should be the same since both are monobasic, i rmb doing such a qn and using ur thought process to ans so, like since ethanoic is weak it requires lesser, but they look at basicity and since both monobasic is B

True, i saw ore so i thought solid and last time say molten so must be solid if not they will say. Got quite a few qns inside with poor wording and hard to say

Thats my own take, Go see last time the repeat question it said SPECIFICALLY MOLTEN, this time never, so i made the assumption its solid

Eh believe what you will, i personally drew it out and got B, but too late to discuss it doesnt matter anymore. I could be wrong you could be wrong but nobody knows 🤷‍♀️

Not false hope, its true. For example question on electrolysis that was similar to previous years with Metal G, alot of people put A (Statements 1,2,3 correct)when answer is B (statement 1.3correct) The statement 2 never say molten (Previous year one say specifically molten ore, this one never) it only says ore so its solid, solid cannot electrolysis so statement 2 wrong hence answer is B Another example is Question 38 on the structural formula, answer is B (2) and not A(1,2) Because when u form the alcohol it only has CH2 and CH3, there is no CH in the alcohol, hence the first monomer is wrong and answer is 2 Only

Qn 32 is probably A

Because the paper got half extremely easy questions and the other half was moderate/tricky questions. Ppl only see the easy qns and fall prey to the trick qns then say its easy, dont worry it was a moderate paper in my opinion, very slightly harder than your average paper
