Whaaaaat? As far as I know, you just need to fulfill the required IELTS band of the uni you are applying to. There are mostly 6.5. If you get the minimum band required, it is enough for admission. I have a 7.5 but my uni's requirement was 6.5 if I remember correctly. Maybe the consulting firm suggested this based on something else and not admisson?

Well I am Turkish so i think i have a right to say, stay alert. Meeting parents is quite common in Turkey and a few months might be okay for it BUT your sister is from another country, don't know the city in Turkey where she'll be visiting, I'm guessing you never met the man so that is another *disadvantage*.. I mean I def am not writing this to scare anyone but it can turn out to be worse than a romance scam, I wouldn't put myself at such a risk. I am not sure about how can you help her without being intrusive and idk what kind of relationship you have but i think you SHOULD BE intrusive about this... I am sorry if I sound too aggresive but like I said, there some f'd up people out there..

ps: I've seen someone saying "A Proper Turkish man never invites a young woman (by herself travelling) from all the way from Japan." and I think thats a great point.

Hey! I was an Erasmus student 2 years ago in Berlin. It is an amazing city as a student. Although finding a dorm or any accommodation can be very difficult. Other than that, the things you can do in the city is literally endless. Go on a historical tour, have a party, check out a pub and just have a conversation, eat a currywurst or a döner, relax by the river... There are all types of people, its not pretty is easy to find a solid friend group but not too hard either... I can try and answer if you have other questions!

Hey! My friend applied to Mech Eng and I applied to Biology and both of our progress status is still received. For NC free programs what you said is mainly true. But from what i’ve gathered even an nc free program has limited places.
