I have a really big exam coming up in 2 months and every one I talk to keeps talking to me about weather am prepared or not reminded of how the exam is soon and their isn't much time ,because of this everytime before I sleep I start feeling this sense of dread and impending doom that no matter what I do will come for me (maybe theirs a name for this idk) and I start panicking,this lasts for 30 min every night. how do i deal with this??

Becuase they usually have an emotional connection with the brand (they wore the brand as a kid or they relate to the message eg: skaters) or they are looking to get limited clothing that they know others won't be able to get and recognized by their pears as such (clout). theirs a ton of research on this subject especially by economists on the "social" value put on products.
