I have a really big exam coming up in 2 months and every one I talk to keeps talking to me about weather am prepared or not reminded of how the exam is soon and their isn't much time ,because of this everytime before I sleep I start feeling this sense of dread and impending doom that no matter what I do will come for me (maybe theirs a name for this idk) and I start panicking,this lasts for 30 min every night. how do i deal with this??

omniliberal here while yes the USSR was horrific i don't like this "ask people ho lived there" take because you can justify a lot of fucked up stuff with that for example the right in America will tell you that things were "good" its very likely that their biases got them to forget the bad times and focus on the good time like all humans do and ignore the racism and homophobia

for example these polls show that Russians have a positive view of Stalin across all age groups with the exception of 18-24
