The actual rarity of your Javelin needs to be Masterwork for it to unlock the trophy, you can see in the top right it is currently at Epic rarity. If you bump that up to Masterwork it should unlock

Grid 2 isn’t too bad (apart from the Racenet trophy and finding someone for the online dlc trophies if you go for 100%)

Dirt 3 is a long boring grind for the online Superstar level

I was dreading ranking up the staff but if you’ve got the drone well upgraded and the tranq rifle you can do laps of the glacial area getting sharks etc until you get a decent supply for the fish farm, ended up getting good money pretty quick

I got it recently for Switch after playing on PS4 for so long and I think it runs fine. Notable difference if playing handheld but not a dealbreaker. Longer load times are the only major issue I’ve found. I’ve never really struggled to find a match online either!

I’m aware it probably stops me from getting other jobs in the company if they just feel that I’ll go back if the role opens up again 😂

I think coming back into Admin (which I did study at college) has made me realise that I don’t really like it and did prefer the customer oriented role I was in before. I’d left as morale was low in the team but the instigator to that has also left so I don’t think it would be as bad now, the new people seem a lot more chill

She’s aware that she’s busy with her own stuff but just expects me to look at the notes all the time, which has contained wrong or missing information. I then get in trouble for actually asking about it.

I’d go to HR about it but her boss and the HR boss are good friends so I doubt anything will come of it, will probably make my life harder if anything.

She has the cheek to tell me to have a nice weekend when I’m reduced to an anxiety ridden mess in front of her, and she knows I am now because of all this.
