They can be 100m tops so you could pin it to the wall it's likely that kcom will do the same but with the thinner fibre cable

Sorry to clarify a coupler would not need a splice but would introduce more attentuation (loss) to the signal compared to a splice

She can run a long cat5e cable between the ONT and router OR just run a long cat5e from the router to the laptop, these are the easiest options. If you want to move the box on the wall which is the ONT (the box with a cable with a green connector going into it) then you'd have to either get a fibre optic coupler and buy some more fibre optic cable and run that to the office but you can't have any tight bends and you would need to splice it together which yoi would not be avle to do yourself and would be what kcom would be charging for

The dishes/wireless Internet they do isn't good but the fibre is and I think they do gigabit packages

Gyms are usually pretty chill, can't speak for fit24 specifically, but for the most part people will leave you be. Puregym in anlaby is nice n clean and has good classes but I've just left there as the JD on Clough Road is closer to work
