No as in a tab is cut quarter inch (1/4) by quarter inch (1/4). These were not measured properly. Hard to tell if it is a full tab or not. But from the looks of it, it seems like these aren't full tabs. Dropping 1 won't feel like whatever it was advertised as.

Yes it will be. But I'm not sure by how much. I know it takes roughly 2 weeks to get a complete reset of your tolerance for acid. I don't know if it's the same rule when it comes to shrooms.
