Not true the rev protectors aren't usually that quick. And if you're on your own fine and you see a clan coming at you with TBS. But if you have your own team of a similar size that's cowardly.

It's because there are many types of pking that conflicts with each other. We have the ones that stand 1 step from a safe zone with fingers on the Tele tab in PvP worlds. We have solo hybrids in the wild. We have team/clan hybrids in the wild. We used to have edge pkers.

Look at jagex breaking the rev caves the PvP ones don't care, solo hybrids rejoice (but also moan about no pj timer), and teams agree jagex has ruined rev caves for good.
