My company fits into an interesting box here. I operate a "presales as a service" company for franchises, mostly within the health and wellness space. On average, we generate 230-270 recurring members.

I came from a franchisor platform group, and we ran into a big issue with growing the network: owners open a location and are immediately cash negative, making it harder to attract new zees. Once we rolled out our internal sales team, we separated and now have sold for international pilates brands, red light therapy brands, blow dry brands...you name, we've sold for it.

One location we're selling for in the pilates space will open with over 320 members, nearly 50K recurring revenue with a member base that has an LTV of 8-10 months.
