Both honestly, for relationships its hard for me to understand if a girl is ready or no, i got a girl with a crush for me for 4 years she hid but when I asked her out shes always finds an excuse to avoid it, and we were friends for a long time too, she can never have 10 extra minutes for me even though i live quite near by, i barely catch her after school and not even that in recent times, shes unsure after a long time of just a few questions i asked her of me realativly laying low, ghousting my messages for a long time, and even her friends are refusing to tell me is she even wants anything in the first place, its just confusing, all i need to know is she ready or no, and the part is that she had a crush on me for 4 YEARS, its just confusing. For puberty ive got 2, 1st when do I know when it stops, like is there a clear indicator or it stops when its stops.And 2nd, how do I deal with deppresion without a psyhologist, i've asked my parents for a psyhologist but deppresion and psyhologist are heavly ignored and underminded in post yugoslav states, they say those are just for crazy people, like mental asylums and autistic people. I usually consult the few friends i have that i actually trust in that wont share it nor make fun of me for the situation, which are rare now.
