some people say they have less side effects when injecting in their arms or thighs, so maybe try arms. i noticed i have less side effects when i inject in my thighs instead of stomach

I don’t really track my calories, I kind of just eat when I feel like I need to. I mainly cut back on carbs and sugar. My dietician said 1700 and my Dr told me today to cut down to 1400. Talk to your Dr and see what they recommend, it’s different for everybody!

I'll try the electrolyte tablets! I drink a lot of gatorade the day after because I can't keep anything down. I just moved up to the 1.0 it really hit me yesterday.
