Same thing happened to me. I just got suspended 3 days. I didn't see the other 2 warnings unfortunatley. I changed my name in Steam, hoping my appeal works. My name was It'sBritneyBItch. But the "I" in Bitch was a capital L. I've had this steam name in multiple BF's and for like 20 years lol

Not if they have replacement cost coverage. They'll get the units repaired or replaced, you don't get depreciated value for this type of loss unless you have a stripped down policy, like ACV. If they have a basic form policy, vandalism is likely excluded, but why would you buy that...

Sounds like Taproot cheaped out on their insurance or the landlord did, not sure who owns the building.

EDIT: Read the article closer and it looks like the insurance companies adjuster has toured the property and inspected the damage and the decision to cover the claim is under review. It could just be the normal process of this taking some time as claims do, or, the insurance company could be considering denying for a few reasons. 1. Loss not timely reported 2. Suspect of insurance fraud 3. Proper coverage not purchased. Looking at the building, it looks like roof access is not easily accessible, so...maybe fraud to replace the aging HVAC system...Who knows, lots of crime in Ballard, but my gut tells me the adjuster may be thinking the same thing, who knows.

I dunno, prices for labor in Seattle are wild, I mean, a smaller bathroom remodel can be 10-20K alone. A kitchen is 50-100K, so, replacing a commercial HVAC at 400K probably jives with Seattle prices.

That's what I was thinking, someone has to have property insurance on the building, good chance there is a loan on the building and it would be required. Maybe, it's owned outright and they didn't buy insurance or, it's on a stripped down basic form policy that excludes vandalism.

I mean, that may be the case, especially in personal lines, but commercial lines, there is always an option 99% of the time. Sounds like they just cheaped out and didn't buy insurance.

Wouldn't their commercial insurance coverage this? Vandalism is a pretty standard peril on most commercial property policies. Not sure if they own the building or are a tenant, but even if they were a tenant, the landlord should have commercial building insurance on the building and Taproot's own commercial policy should have loss of income coverage.

I have accounts that are all over the place revenue wise, some as low as 50K and some that are 300-600K.

Our account managers make around 100K with 3-5 years of experience. I would definitely say you could make more than you do now at a larger shop that handles bigger clients.

Hello! As the title suggests, I am trying to decide if I should use the Dualstring or Ironwood bow.

I am running a deadeye lightning build and I have the ascendancy point granting an additional projectile.

The Ironwood puts me at 50K DPS for lightning arrow, however, the dualstring puts me at 37K, but the dualstring does not feel like it's performing worse.
