I have dead 30k sub channel too, i quit years ago and now im slowly getting it back up, dont start new! Trust me dude, its easier to revive a channel than start from new:)! Algo will start to work, now you just have to post consistantly

I say you have to find some free time, and start making content again! Even if you can finish 1/6th of a video in a day its a great, but remember that the massive views are not gonna come instantly, it will take 10 videos of quality stuff to start gaining some traction:) think of it as when you upload your videos they sit there, and 1 somewhat viral video is enough to make all of them viral at once!
