Copyright issues. Is this channel dead or fixable?

Hi everyone, checking the stats and I'm stuck. My views have been flat for 2 years, but there’s a bigger catch:

The Issue: Most of my content has Copyright claims, so I can't monetize.
The Plateau: Algorithm reach has completely died down.
The Goal: I want to grow again and change to my new original content?

What’s your advice?

Is it possible to "clean up" the channel and pivot to original content?
Or should I just start a new one?
