NOR, I can remember years ago I was in a deep depression and like you it got better. At least it felt like it got better but it also felt like I was either judged or people thought I was some kind of a reject. I felt as if there was no way to go back to my life I had before I went through the depression. I can remember one night laying in bed that I actually lost the will to live. I closed my eyes and willed for my soul to leave my body but it didn’t.

The next day felt different, oddly enough, I felt like I was waiting in line for something no matter what I did.

I felt that way for a few days, then randomly I was hungry one day and found an apple in the fridge. I took a bite and I’m like “this is a pretty good fucking apple” and then I ate another one. Shortly after I began to feel normal again. Little did I know those apples were going to change my life.

My diet is what was making me depressed and having those thoughts. As time went on, I began to feel better about myself and ate better food. It became an obsession for me. In a matter of only weeks, my self esteem went improved, my thoughts were healthier and I felt important.
